What is Oreol?
A free app for your health. Oreol keeps your test results, doctors' reports, scan and exam findings and health diary, builds your medical history and finds connections in it. Inside is Lum, the virtual assistant who explains it all.
Who is Lum?
The virtual assistant inside Oreol. It explains test results and reports in plain words, answers questions and suggests what to raise with your doctor. Lum is powered by artificial intelligence.
Is Oreol paid?
No, Oreol is completely free. No card required, no hidden plans, and your data is never sold.
How is Oreol different from an AI model or a chatbot?
Oreol keeps your medical profile: test results, reports and diary. So Lum answers in the context of your whole history and relies on clinical guidelines rather than general phrases. The project's doctors spot-check the quality of its answers.
Which phones does it work on?
The app is being prepared for release. The list of phones will appear here before launch.
What documents can I upload?
Test results from any laboratory, doctors' reports, discharge summaries: a photo of the form or a file. Oreol reads the values and reference ranges itself.
Does Oreol work when there is little data?
Yes. While there is little data, Lum answers more carefully: Oreol first builds the history and only then finds connections. Every document makes the answers sharper.
Data
Who sees my data?
You. The project's doctors see it only with your consent, when they spot-check Lum's answers. Nobody else.
Can everything be deleted?
Yes, with one button. The history is erased within 24 hours, backups included, with no emails to support.
What happens to my data if I stop using Oreol?
It stays yours: export it as a single file or delete it entirely. Conversations with Lum are anonymised after 12 months.
Medicine
Is this a medical device?
No. Oreol helps you make sense of your data and prepare for an appointment. Neither Oreol nor Lum diagnoses or prescribes treatment.
Can Lum replace a doctor?
No. It complements care from a doctor: it helps you arrive prepared, forget nothing and understand what was said.
What should I do if I feel unwell right now?
Call 103 or 112. Lum does not replace emergency care: in a serious situation it will send you to people.
Can I keep profiles for children and elderly parents?
Family access is under discussion. The answer will appear here closer to launch.
